othr is an accountability app built by the saint agency. by joining our waitlist or using our service, you agree to these terms.
waitlist
joining the waitlist is free and does not guarantee access to the product. we reserve the right to grant access in any order we choose. your spot on the waitlist is non-transferable.
acceptable use
don't abuse the service. don't submit fake emails to the waitlist. don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or exploit the platform. we reserve the right to remove any user or waitlist entry at our discretion.
intellectual property
all content, branding, and code on othr.app is owned by the saint agency. you may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of this site without written permission.
limitation of liability
othr is provided "as is" without warranty. we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the waitlist or the future product. the service may change, pause, or shut down at any time.
changes
we may update these terms at any time. continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
